As a Senior Requirements Engineer, you will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team, working with modern technology to continuously enhance and improve the efficiency of our solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding and automating customers' business processes, ensuring seamless integration and supporting them in achieving operational excellence.

Cross-functional collaboration: You will understand business and user needs and translate these requirements into efficient, automated software solutions.
Collaborative and agile work: Be part of an agile team, working closely with users, UX/UI designers, and product owners to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Was du mitbringst

Technical skills: A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, with 3-7 years of experience in requirements engineering, software development or process automation. You have a solid understanding of software development, APIs, and system integrations. Experience with languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, and cloud technologies is a plus.
Process expertise: Strong knowledge in business process engineering, including BPMN modeling. Experience with workflow engines like Flowable or Camunda and familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools is a plus.
Analytical and communication strengths: You possess strong conceptual skills and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Agile mindset: You thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and have experience working with agile methodologies.
Language skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential for this role.
