As a Requirements Engineer, you will be part of our international and multidisciplinary team, working with a modern tech stack and driving the continuous development and efficiency enhancement of our solutions together with your colleagues. Your focus is on digitalising and automating our customers' business processes and enabling seamless integration. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that our customers shine in their markets with innovative automation solutions.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You will understand business and user needs and translate these requirements into efficient, automated software solutions.
  • Collaborative and agile work: Be part of an agile team, working closely with users, UX/UI designers, and product owners to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • State-of-the-art process automation: Design and model dynamic business processes using advanced workflow engines and AI-powered automation technologies. Your work will create intelligent systems that adapt seamlessly to evolving business needs and boost overall efficiency.

Was du mitbringst
  • Technical skills: A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, with 3-7 years of experience in requirements engineering, software development or process automation. You have a solid understanding of software development, APIs, and system integrations. Experience with languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, and cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Process expertise: Strong knowledge in business process engineering, including BPMN modelling. Experience with workflow engines like Flowable or Camunda and familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools is a plus.
  • Analytical and communication strengths: You possess strong conceptual skills and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Agile mindset: You thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and have experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Language skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential for this role.
